CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY

 A Veteran’s Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is an official document from the Department of Veterans Affairs that confirms a service member, veteran, or eligible surviving spouse meets the requirements to use the VA home loan benefit. It tells the lender that the borrower is qualified for a VA loan.
